Work as a client service representative for a leading provider of assurance services

Your new role

• Deliver exceptional and timely customer service to both internal and external clients
  
• Communicate promptly and clearly to address client enquiries through written and verbal channels
  
• Maintain accurate client data and manage administration and scheduling tasks
  
• Resolve client issues through problem-solving while adhering to relevant standards and requirements
  
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and manage complaints efficiently
  
• Provide accurate product and service information to clients
  
• Support internal teams and stakeholders as needed
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  
• Stay updated on accreditation, program rules, and organisational processes
  
• Attend client meetings and contribute to achieving targets and development plans with key managers
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-2 years' experience in a corporate environment
• Strong customer service experience
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise projects and multi-task
• Advanced computer and operating systems literacy including office systems and database management
• Knowledge and/or experience with Certification Systems desirable
