Work as a client service representative for a leading provider of assurance services
Your new role
- Deliver exceptional and timely customer service to both internal and external clients
- Communicate promptly and clearly to address client enquiries through written and verbal channels
- Maintain accurate client data and manage administration and scheduling tasks
- Resolve client issues through problem-solving while adhering to relevant standards and requirements
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and manage complaints efficiently
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients
- Support internal teams and stakeholders as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay updated on accreditation, program rules, and organisational processes
- Attend client meetings and contribute to achieving targets and development plans with key managers
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years' experience in a corporate environment
- Strong customer service experience
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise projects and multi-task
- Advanced computer and operating systems literacy including office systems and database management
- Knowledge and/or experience with Certification Systems desirable
