The Role:

In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients assisting with enquiries, coordinating with insurance companies and ensuring a seamless repair experience.

Your Responsibilities

· Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

· Liaise with insurance companies to facilitate the claims and repair process and obtain necessary approvals.

· Utilise Insurer systems and iBody software to track repairs and updates.

· Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.

· Keep clients informed about the status of their vehicle repairs providing timely updates and managing expectations.

· Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints ensuring a positive customer experience.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in customer service preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.

· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

· Proficient in using software systems; experience with iBody or similar programs is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
