What You'll Be Doing:
Answer inbound calls from small business owners, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
Be flexible with hours to ensure we’re there when our customers need us.
