Do you have a passion for helping the community and providing excellent customer service?

We are looking for a compassionate person to provide excellent reception and administrative assistance to clients, health professionals and management, within our growing health and disability support service.

The successful applicant will have a passion for helping people with a range of physical, intellectual, and mental health challenges, and demonstrated experience working in an office or clinic environment. You will have the ability to manage multiple demands in a timely manner, excellent attention to detail, and demonstrated capacity to work autonomously, while being part of a team.

We are looking for someone who can pick up on the subtle cues like remembering a client’s pronouns, the names of their children or support workers, or which clients require mobility assistance – someone who prioritises all clients’ needs in an inclusive and caring manner.

The position would suit someone from a health, disability, or welfare background with a desire to grow an admin career in a healthcare field.

It is highly desirable that you have demonstrated experience with clinical/medical software programs (ideally Halaxy) and billing procedures, including NDIS and Medicare, however, we can teach these skills to a quick and enthusiastic learner.

This position is a Monday-Friday full-time role.
