The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Industry Development Manager to drive sales growth, manage existing clients, and develop new business opportunities within a designated territory. You’ll work closely with internal teams to create tailored training solutions that meet industry and employer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Identify and convert new business opportunities.

Provide expert advice on training solutions and funding options.

Represent the organisation at industry events and networking functions.

Report on sales performance and market trends.

About You

5+ years of sales experience, preferably in education, training, or a related industry.

Proven business development and account management skills.

Strong understanding of training products and government funding (preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Experience within the Telecommunications and/or safety training industry will be highly regarded.
