Job Description: Pre qualifying and booking in Patients looking at Cosmetic and Orthodontic treatments.

All outbound calls are made to warm leads from potential patients looking for treatment who are already aware of our pricing and have requested a call.

Responsibilities:

Warm calling prospective patients after they fill out a lead form to qualify and book appointments.

Keeping a positive relationship with our clients

Requirements:

Must have a Dental background (dental assistant, front office staff, practice manager)

Excellent communication skills and rapport building.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, up to date PC/ Laptop and smartphone

Fulltime 37.5 hours per week

Immediate start

Attractive $35 hourly rate and guaranteed commission

Commission is guaranteed minimum of $800 per month/ Maximum of $2,000 per month.
