Key Responsibilities:
Set appointments for clients interested in Superannuation services, ensuring they receive the best possible advice.
Work closely with the Client Management team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments and follow-ups.
Manage and qualify warm leads, making sure that clients are well-prepared and informed before meetings.
Meet KPIs for appointment setting and contribute to team success.
Provide clients with initial information about Superannuation products and services.
Key Skills to Help You Succeed:
Excellent phone communication skills – confident in engaging clients over the phone.
A positive and motivated attitude to learn in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointment calendars and client follow-ups.
Confident with using Google Suite and Hub Spot (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) for communication and data management.
Previous experience in a customer service or appointment setting role is a plus.
Knowledge of Superannuation or a willingness to learn about the industry is essential.
Preferred:
Based in Victoria, Melbourne, or willing to work within the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) zone.
Fully remote work, ideal for candidates who thrive in a home office environment and are a self started.
Own your own laptop/ computer and I-phone. No issues with Internet Connection.
