With consistent daily inbound leads and a killer offer, they're expanding their sales team to meet demand. They’re looking for a full-time Appointment Setter to help qualify leads and book high-quality sales calls for their Closers.

About the Company

Our client is a coaching company helping tradies grow their businesses through smart systems, marketing, and strategy. Founded by real tradies who’ve walked the talk, their brand is grounded, practical, and respected. With demand booming, they’re expanding the sales team to keep up the momentum.

About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for warm leads entering the funnel. Your job? Have great convos, qualify leads, and book them into strategy sessions with the Closers. You’ll be responsible for:

• Calling fresh inbound leads
• Booking 3–5 quality appointments per day
• Managing a pipeline and nurturing leads
• Using systems like Hubspot and Twilio to manage your pipeline
• Attending weekly team meetings and ongoing sales training

�� What We’re Looking For

• Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting or completion of high ticket sales training
• Ideally a trade background so you can talk the talk with prospects
• Professional, confident, down-to-earth communication style (no corporate fluff)
• Driven, accountable, and goal-oriented – you want to earn and grow
• Experience with CRMs and calling platforms (Hubspot is a bonus)
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal hand-holding
