A leading innovator in the health and wellness industry seeks a passionate and results-oriented Senior Territory Manager to spearhead expansion across Ryde/Norwest Sydney region.

About the Role:

This role will play a key role in driving sales and brand awareness for our high-quality supplement portfolio within the Ryde/Norwest Sydney territory. Building strong relationships with pharmacies and nutrition store owners will be crucial, ensuring our products are readily available to consumers seeking optimal health. The role will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve territory growth targets.
• Building and mantaining strong, long-term relationships with pharmacies and nutrition store owners in Ryde/Norwest Sydney.
• Delivering impactful product presentations, effectively communicating the benefits and market value of our products.
• Securing new partnerships with key retailers and expand our distribution channels.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Overseeing territory sales activities, including order processing, promotions, and merchandising support.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience selling into pharmacies and nutrition stores across the Sydney region.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to be on the road and manage a territory, building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Passion for health and wellness and a commitment to providing high-quality solutions.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
