The Yoghurt Shop (TYS) is a proudly Australian owned company with a passion for producing high quality, great tasting yoghurt. With a strong national presence and a growing customer base, we're looking for a Territory Manager in South Australia to join our collaborative and high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and build strong relationships.
We are seeking someone who's self-motivated, commercial, and customer-focused - someone who's confident working independently in the field but thrives on teamwork and delivering shared success. If this is you, we want to hear from you!
Your new role
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and pride. You’ll drive growth across your territory, manage a healthy pipeline of leads, and contribute to sales strategy and execution that aligns with our business goals.
This role also includes in-store merchandising and sales administration support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the territory
- Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into new customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and partners
- Represent the brand with product expertise and professionalism
- Identify and share customer insights to support continuous improvement
- Provide administrative sales support, including maintaining accurate sales data, records and reports
- Undertake sales merchandising to ensure ensure our products are well-stocked, correctly priced and promotional displays are activated
- Some intrastate, interstate or international travel may be required
What you need to succeed
- Proven experience in territory or field sales, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
- Self-driven with great time management and the ability to work independently
- Experience using CRM or sales systems desirable
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Current Driver's License and access to a reliable roadworthy vehicle
You will need to have work rights in Australia and provide 2 professional references of seniority.
