Admin & Customer Service Assistant for The Good Farm Shop

We are seeking a Casual (or Contract person), to work in our team on an ad hoc basis - mostly to fill in when the current Admin person goes on leave, and on a regular Friday if that's suitable to you. More explained below:

Job Type:

Casual - or if you have an ABN, you could invoice for your time.

Remuneration:

$35.00 per hour + superannuation (for an employee)

The occasional Sunday would be required when current person is on leave, and penalty rates would apply.

$35.00 per hour + GST if you have an ABN and choose to contract.

Requirements:

Work from home

Must have own computer (we can provide additional monitor for dual-screen working)

Must have own phone (for contact with our team). Customer service phone provided when needed.

Reliable Internet access

Strong computer skills – proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook. Will train on other req’d programs.

Highly organised and attention to detail

Availability:

Available on an ad hoc basis to fill in when needed (ample notice would be given).

Potentially a regular 1-2 days/week (2-3 hours/day). Most likely a regular Friday.

Potential for increased hours as the business continues to grow if that appeals.

On workdays, candidate will need to be available from 7:30am, up to 10:00am.

On workdays, in addition to the morning session mentioned above, candidate will need to monitor and respond to emails and customer queries from time to time throughout the day (est. 1-2 hours in total).

6 to 12 May inclusive to fill in while current Admin person is on leave. (not required Sat 10 May, and only 1-3 hours on the morning of Sun 11 May - penalty rates apply).

Suitable Candidate:

Someone looking for some extra income but doesn’t need a regular gig.

If you have an ABN, you could invoice for your time rather than being an employee.

Someone with a background in office administration/management with strong organisational skills and strong computer skills.

Ideally North Shore/Northern Beaches based to allow for easy training.

Not really suitable for a parent doing the school run, as the morning hours aren't negotiable.
