Temp to Permanent Opportunity | South Grafton Based

The Role:

This temporary position supports our operations team and customers and is the local link between a centralised customer service group at head office and the Grafton team. Solving queries, updating systems as well as supporting our on-road team are key functions.

Some general office functions will add some variety to the day to day as well as being the point of contact for customers.

Whilst initially a temporary position the company is always expanding and the opportunity to grow with the business may become available.

The Person:

The right person will be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, as well as an absolute focus on accuracy and strong personal communication skills. Attention to detail, strong numeracy and literacy skills are also a must.

Computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word are essential. Previous experience in a customer service or operations environment would be well regarded.
