Part-Time Administrator and Marketing Assistant:
Join Our Team at St George Health – Reception & Marketing Assistant (Casual, 2-3 Days/Week, including Saturdays - optional)
St George Health is a well-established, family-oriented allied health and medical practice located in the heart of Kogarah, Southern Sydney. With a passionate team of health professionals and doctors, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and welcoming environment.
We are looking for a dynamic and organised receptionist with marketing skills to join our team on a casual OR PPT basis (2-3 days per week). This is a unique opportunity for a creative and self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to apply their marketing expertise in a healthcare setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting our reception team with administrative tasks and front-desk duties
Helping develop and implement marketing strategies to grow our practice
Managing social media, digital content, and patient engagement initiatives
Working closely with our team to create marketing campaigns that reflect our mission and values
Supporting business growth through community outreach and brand awareness efforts
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A proactive and creative thinker who enjoys bringing fresh marketing ideas to the table
✔ Strong communication and organisation skills with a professional approach
✔ A team player with a positive and motivated attitude
✔ Some experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation (preferred but not essential)
✔ Willingness to learn and support the reception team with administrative duties

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $28.34 – $39.67 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
Schedule:
Afternoon shift
Morning shift
Rotating roster
Weekend availability can be included for more hours if sought
Experience:
administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Direct marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
Permanent woorking rights in Australia (Required)
Work Location: In person
