Respiratory Care WA (previously Asthma WA) helps bridge the gap between hospital and community care with personalised, free education, advice and support for the many Western Australians living with asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and other chronic respiratory conditions.

About the role
The Clinical Coordinator plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our clinic operations.
As well as being responsible for the general operational efficiency of the clinics, the role also supports our Health Services Team with referral processing and scheduling.
The ideal candidate for this role is a flexible problem-solver who has superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. This person should have demonstrated experience thriving in an administrative role. Effective multitasking and an ability to handle the unexpected are essential qualifications for the position.
Key accountabilities
Manage reception responsibilities and client/stakeholder communications.
Support the management and upkeep of office facilities, serving as primary liaison for strata and contractor communications for any maintenance or repairs required.
Maintain financial administration, including MYOB transactions, donations, fundraising and managing Shopify orders for our online retail store.
Maintain stakeholder databases and accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate office consumables and stock ordering.
Manage and coordinate requests for community education and engagement, supporting associated marketing initiatives.
Support projects as delegated by the Office Manager and Leadership team with accuracy and timeliness.
Promote input to continuous improvement practices across the organisation.
Essential criteria:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail, ideally in a health-related role.
Multitasking abilities and the ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
Must be a non-smoker (including vaping).
