TLH Recruitment is proudly representing one of Australia's largest providers of Parts and Accessories based in Tullamarine and they are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Inventory Analyst to join their Inventory team.

Our client is consolidating multiple warehouses across multiple businesses into one purpose-built Distribution Centre in Melbourne and will be utilising leading-edge warehousing systems and technology. A critical step in this process is the merging of multiple disparate inventory profiles into one consolidated view.
This role will be responsible for matching/modelling inventory data and assisting in the development of new centralised processes and procedures.

The role offers a salary of $120k - $130k plus super (depending on skill level).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in depth knowledge and understanding of all Inventory systems, including ERP, Inventory Forecasting/Optimization systems.
• Perform inventory analysis to achieve continuous improvement in inventory management.
• Understand Inventory management parameters to support continuous improvement.
• Assist Demand Planning team with Inventory analysis.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Inventory optimization processes and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to Inventory data standards
• Identify actions to rectify any failures within inventory data standards

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Experience using ERP / WMS systems MomentumPro/Manhattan is desirable
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Business Improvement Qualifications desirable – e.g. Lean/6sigma
