PROPERTY MANAGER | CITY OF STONNIGTON| UP TO $90K + SUPER + COMMISSION

We’re looking for a switched-on, driven Property Manager to oversee 150-170 premium properties. This end-to-end role gives you full control over inspections, maintenance, lease renewals, and compliance—without the pressure of KPIs. THE ROLE:

• Manage a clean and well maintained portfolio
• Conduct inspections and complete condition reports
• Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs
• Handle lease renewals & rent review
• Advertise properties and screen prospective tenant
• Ongoing training & support

ABOUT YOU:

• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agents Representative Certificate)
• 3 years + experience in Property Management
• Possess impeccable communication and professional presentation
• Drivers License and own reliable vehicle is essential
