About the Roles:
We have three Residential Property Manager roles available:

Brighton Office | Bentleigh Portfolio | $90K + Super | No Saturdays!

Manage a 160-property portfolio across Bentleigh

Monday to Friday only – enjoy your weekends!

Work within a well-supported team with strong admin and leasing assistance

Armadale Office | $90K + Super | Premier Agency

Manage a portfolio of 162 properties within one of Melbourne’s most prestigious real estate brands

Be part of a highly respected, career-focused agency

Full admin and leasing support provided

Opportunity to work with high-end properties and a premium client base

Richmond Office | $90K + Super | Full Leasing Support

Manage a 165-property portfolio with dedicated leasing support

Enjoy a structured and efficient work environment

Work in a high-energy, collaborative team with strong leadership'

Full leasing and admin support provided

About You:

To be successful in any of these roles, you will need:
✔ A minimum of 4 years’ experience managing a residential portfolio
✔ Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ A proactive and organised approach to property management
✔ A current Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence
