Blue Diamond is a leading industrial equipment supplier specializing in Generators and Air Compressors and other industrial equipment.

Working out of our Perth based operation in Kewdale, we are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and grow along with our company.

Primary Duties will be:

• Direct and coordinate daily activities of employees engaged within the warehouse.
• Maintain the quality of inventory by ensuring they are kept in safe conditions by reducing the risks of damage, accidents and occupational hazards.
• Carry out activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
• Loading and unloading of goods using a forklift or other manual handling equipment.
• Ensure WHS protocols are understood and are being adhered to by all team members.

The suitable applicant will have:

• A current forklift ticket license
• A positive can-do attitude and be a team player
• Good time management and task prioritisation skills.
• The ability to work both autonomously and be part of a team
• Hard working and willingness to work additional hours to ensure jobs are completed on time
• Strong focus on general safety standards and work methods.
• Previous Warehouse experience
• Strong inter-personal skills
