We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who can contribute to the ongoing success of our company and team.

Role Overview: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehousing activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed in alignment with production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. You will play a key role in achieving daily volume requirements within time constraints while ensuring high levels of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

This operation has 3 teams on separate sites so great communication is absolutely key.

This is a hands-on role, requiring you to actively participate in day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor. As part of a close-knit team, you'll need to be adaptable, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with working on meat/food production line
• Experience with grading and packaging to customer specifications.
• Familiar with Food Safety Standards
• Ability to maintain the cleanliness of machinery and the general working area.
• Ability to train and supervise staff
• Ability to work productively, independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Safety and Occupational Health and Safety awareness.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with level of experience.

We would consider assisting with relocation for highly experienced applicants.
