Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse / farm shed operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of our capsicums, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of capsicums.
• Operate the capsicum conveyor
• Count crates and assist with picking and packing during busy harvest periods (this is a hands-on supervisor role).
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control of outgoing produce.
• Collaborate with other employees in the warehouse and the field to optimize workflow.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Farm Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience in the agriculture industry, particularly farming, is essential.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agricultural produce, especially capsicums, is desirable.
• Picking and packing experience.
• Ability to lift 10-15 kg.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation

Please note, this position is based at a Farm located in Muchea, Western Australia. This is a regional location, and applicants must be able to travel to and from this location.
