We are looking for a KickAss Warehouse Coordinator for our Canning Vale Warehouse & KickAss Store.

This is a full-time position with operating hours Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm and on Weekends during busy shipping periods as the operation grows.
This role will require you to have leadership experience as our Warehouse and Retail store are located together and in the absence of the Retail Store Manager you may at times be the Senior Team Member on Site. As the warehouse operation grows, we are looking for a person to take ownership and grow and lead the team into the future.

What we require from you:-

• Pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick sheet
• Verify the accuracy of picked items and ensure that all items are properly packaged and labelled
• Action click and collect orders for Retail Store including regular auditing of dispatch of orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, and hand truck to move items around the warehouse and load them onto delivery trucks
• Maintaining a clean and organised workplace by sweeping, cleaning, and organising inventory as required
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Operations team.
• Moving product through the warehouse on the forklift
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers for receipt and Dispatch
• Completing all relevant paperwork correctly and accurately and notifying of discrepancies
• Daily customer interaction in both Warehouse and Retail
• Dispatch and ship Business to Business and consumer orders.
• Follow and implement safety protocols and guidelines for the whole site to ensure a safe working environment.
  
  

About you:

• 1+ years previous experience in a warehouse setting scanning and picking both electronic and manually
• strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• excellent communication skills and ability to work in and lead a team
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time
• Experience with shipping and inventory management software and systems.
• Current Drivers Licence
• Forklift ticket or ability to obtain ticket.
• A passion or strong interest in power, camping, 4WD and the outdoors highly advantageous
