As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and scaling a high-performance team of Business Development Managers across Queensland and Western Australia.
This is a hybrid role combining people leadership with territory ownership. You won’t just manage performance, you’ll also take charge of ensuring your markets achieve aggressive new business growth targets, reach territory density goals, and lead the signing of top venues in each state. You will be the driving force behind launches, city expansions, and performance across your states.
You’ll work closely with our Account Management team, who focus on partner retention, while collaborating with Sales Leadership to refine strategy and execution. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales and plays a critical part in shaping EatClub’s footprint and future.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of BDMs across QLD and WA, driving consistent performance and development
Owning growth targets across both states, including:
New partner acquisition goals
Territory Management
Successful market launches and city expansions
Driving outbound sales activity and selling alongside your team, no desk-only managers here
Monitoring team KPIs and sales metrics using tools like HubSpot, Zoom Phone, and Gong
Delivering structured coaching, training, and live feedback
Working cross-functionally with Account Management, RevOps, Marketing, and Enablement to accelerate growth
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on, high-energy Sales Manager with experience managing fast-paced, high-volume transactional sales teams. You should be confident running the day-to-day, but also able to think like an owner, take accountability for growth, and execute launches and expansions with precision.
2-3+ years of first-line sales management experience, ideally in SMB or territory-based sales
Proven success leading teams of 8+ reps and consistently exceeding team targets
Background in transactional, high-volume sales (e.g., hospitality tech, marketplace, SMB SaaS)
Ability to manage both team performance and territory-level outcomes, including venue targets and density KPIs
Experience with market expansions or new territory launches is highly desirable
Strong coaching and leadership skills—your reps should see you as a mentor and motivator
A hands-on leader—you don’t hide behind Gong, you sell with your team
A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly in the hospitality industry
Hospitality industry experience (selling to or working in) is a strong plus
