Your Role:

As the Retail Manager, you’ll own the success of your store—leading by example, inspiring your team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for:

Driving sales performance by setting ambitious targets and motivating your team

Maximising revenue through strategic merchandising, upselling, and promotional execution

Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team

Monitoring key business metrics to identify opportunities for growth

Delivering an outstanding customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business

Managing inventory, stock replenishment, and in-store merchandising

Proven experience (1+ years) in retail or sales management

A track record of exceeding KPIs and driving revenue growth
