Fundraising Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Fundraising Manager to drive revenue growth and donor engagement at the Childhood Cancer Association.

About the Role

As Fundraising Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement fundraising campaigns across multiple channels
• Foster meaningful and lasting relationships with donors through personalised engagement, recognition, and tailored stewardship strategies.
• Guide and support a small team, including two direct reports and volunteers
• Oversee and optimise the Raiser’s Edge NXT database to ensure effective donor management.
• Work closely with Marketing, Events, and Family Services teams to align fundraising efforts with organisational goals.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven fundraising experience within the not-for-profit sector.
• A track record of delivering successful fundraising campaigns and growing revenue streams.
• Strong relationship-building skills to engage donors and stakeholders.
• Confidence using CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred) for data-driven fundraising strategies.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
