The Role

We are seeking a Trainer, Assessor/ Case Manager to guide and support apprentices through their training journey. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who enjoys sharing their knowledge, managing assessments, and ensuring learners meet industry standards. ATEC Case Managers are responsible for overseeing the training progression of their assigned apprentices. This includes conducting on-site training and assessments, maintaining strong relationships with apprentices and their employers, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. By providing guidance and support, Case Managers play a key role in enhancing apprentice development.
What We’re Looking For:
· Trade Qualification in Construction
· Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) (or willingness to obtain)
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Ability to engage and motivate learners
· Experience in mentoring or training is highly regarded
· Willingness to travel as part of the role
