About the Role

We're seeking a commercially astute Regional Manager to oversee 20+ stores across South Metro Adelaide and regional South Australia. This is a pivotal leadership role with full P&L accountability, driving performance, service, and team engagement in a 7-day trading environment. Your ability to balance strategy and execution across both metro and regional locations will be key to your success.

What you will do

Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams across a wide regional portfolio

Drive high-ticket, consultative sales with a customer-first mindset

Take ownership of financial performance, operational compliance, and business planning

Execute regional strategy aligned with broader business goals

Be flexible to meet the needs of a 7-day retail operation, including occasional weekend support

Travel regularly between store locations, both metro and regional

What you will bring

Proven experience managing a large multi-site retail portfolio

Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated success in P&L ownership

Background in a consultative, premium sales environment

Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to high performance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel regionally
