Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and act as the first point of contact for office matters

Handle invoicing, bookkeeping (Xero), payroll processing, and basic finance support

Oversee expense management, insurance, and office registrations

Support engineers in project administration and general business operations

Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding and office OH&S compliance

Organize monthly management meetings, including minute-taking

Ensure the office runs smoothly-monitor supplies, liaise with accountants, and support overall efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in administration, office management, or business support

Basic accounting knowledge (experience with Xero is a plus)

Strong MS Office skills - Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent communication skills - Clear, professional, and proactive

Self-motivated & highly organized - Comfortable working autonomously in a standalone role

A friendly and approachable personality - Someone who enjoys working with a supportive and genuinely nice team
