Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules to meet DIFOT
• Identify and implement continuous improvements
• Drive Lean manufacturing and implement 5S practices
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing facility, ensuring high standards of safety, quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of ISO9001
• Proven experience with Lean manufacturing and 5S implementation
• Industry experience/ understanding of hydraulics is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A procactive attitude with a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvements
