They are seeking a dynamic Commercial Principal to lead and grow a diverse commercial practice, with a particular focus on business development in Western Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business development and the ambition to build new and existing relationships in Western Sydney, leveraging the firm’s established commercial expertise across a broad range of industries.

What the Job Entails:

• Role Overview: You will lead a diverse commercial practice with a focus on areas such as IP, shareholder agreements, manufacturing, and contracts. The role will require you to provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients in sectors including franchising, building and construction, manufacturing, transport, and logistics, among others.
• Team Structure: Join a supportive team within the commercial practice, including a Director, Senior Associate, Lawyer, Principal/Consultant, and Paralegal. Work collaboratively to deliver tailored legal strategies and solutions for clients, ensuring high-quality service in line with the firm’s commercial expertise.
• Desired Experience: They are seeking a candidate with strong business development skills and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record in driving growth, securing new business, and expanding existing client portfolios, particularly within the firm’s commercial practice. Experience in franchising, construction, manufacturing, and other commercial sectors will be highly regarded.
