Our client is a leading Perth commercial firm with an office situated on the city fringe.

We are seeking an intermediate to senior Commercial and Property Lawyer to be mentored by an ex-top-tier Lawyer who is technically strong and also has proven skills developing others.

The Commercial and Property Lawyer will work on the following:

• Purchase & sale of business;
• Loan agreements;
• Assisting developer clients with their residential, commercial, and industrial projects;
• Drafting commercial agreements (joint ventures & partnerships), guarantees & security documents;
• Business structuring;
• Advice on legislative requirements;
• Advice on the protection of commercial assets; and
• Negotiating terms of leases (including rent, transfer options, duration, exit & renewal options).

While the role will commence with the above work mix there is scoop for this new team member to be trained in M&A transactions and tax. Experience or interest in M&A and tax will be highly desirable.
