In this role, you will engage in a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, including private M&A, outsourcing, intellectual property (with a focus on trademarks), compliance, regulatory advice, corporate governance, and property (including leasing and conveyancing). You will collaborate across various industry sectors, particularly in financial services, health, and not-for-profit sectors. With guidance from highly experienced Principals and Special Counsels, you will receive excellent mentoring to advance your career.

• To thrive in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 4-8 years PQE in a corporate and commercial role, either in private practice or in-house, with proven expertise in various areas of commercial law (corporate, business transactions, contractual matters).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to contribute as a key member of our tight-knit team.
• Strong work ethic and a keenness for continuous learning and career development.
