The Scott Pickett Group, a highly regarded name in Melbourne's hospitality scene led by renowned chef Scott Pickett, is seeking a Cafe / Restaurant Manager for our exciting new venue, Como Lane, located at Como House in South Yarra. Our celebrated restaurants include Estelle, Chancery Lane, Smith St Bistrot, Matilda, Longrain, and Audreys in Sorrento.

As a successful candidate you will

Have at least 3+ years previous management experience

Be career driven with a real passion for the hospitality industry

Show a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Always maintain exceptional presentation and grooming

Be passionate about team training and development

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

Managing the front of house team

Training and mentoring your team to foster their personal development and career progression

Ensuring a successful, profitable and consistent operation of the venue

Establishing relationships with both front of house and back of house team

Administrative and reporting functions
