We are in our 10th year of operation and due to our growing business, we are ready to add to our awesome existing team.
We are offering a permanent full time construction administration position. Based in Parkwood on the Gold Coast, our office is in a great central location with plenty of parking and walking distance to the light rail station.
Responsibilities
The role will be assisting the pre construction manager with compliance certificates, scheduling, invoicing, task management and liaising direct with our valued clients and providing the highest level of customer service.
Qualifications
Construction administration experience is preferred, however a strong administrative background will ensure you can be successful in this role.
You must be able to touch type, have database management experience, knowledge and understanding of compliance certificates, be able to read plans and be able to work autonomously. You must have a high level of confidence and the determination to complete tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. This is not an entry level role.
