About the Role
PSG are partnering with a Manufacturing client with a presence across Australia who are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong manufacturing background who can leverage their expertise in Business Central ERP to optimise business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive overall company performance as they look to start their upgrade project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and evaluate current business processes within the manufacturing domain
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document requirements for process improvements
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, with a focus on Business Central ERP
• Develop business cases, reports, and recommendations based on data analysis
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP system users
• Facilitate training and workshops to ensure smooth ERP adoption across departments
• Drive continuous improvements in business operations through data-driven insights

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the manufacturing industry in a must.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Business Central ERP
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with business process mapping and requirement gathering
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
