GreenSpaces Horticultural Services is a fast paced and expanding landscape maintenance & soft landscaping business with a large client base covering Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast. We have new opportunities for experienced leading hands in our Landscape Division of our company.

GreenSpaces' focus is to provide our clients with exceptional landscape maintenance & soft landscaping services. Our clients include high-end commercial, retail & industrial properties in South East QLD.

We are offering opportunities for experienced people who are enthusiastic, strong, fit, honest, reliable and are team players who enjoy a good work-culture to enhance not only our landscape maintenance division but also our soft landscaping division.

Successful applicants will need to have a thorough all-round knowledge of garden maintenance and/or soft landscaping.

Excellent prospect of promotion for committed people, our policy is to promote internally.

It is preferred that the successful Leading Hand applicants should have:

• Experience in soft landscaping, garden upgrades & landscape maintenance.
• Manual driver's licence. (LR licence for the landscaping division is strongly desirable, however not necessary)
• Knowledge of pest and disease identification.
• Punctuality & reliability
• Excellent time management skills.
• Be committed - accept accountability & responsibility.
• Be approachable and good communication abilities.
• Professional presentation & positive attitude.
• Effective clarity in communication & interpersonal skills - ability to liaise with customers in a professional and appropriate manner.
• Must take pride in your personal presentation, work and show a genuine passion for horticulture and/or soft landscaping.

-A Cert 3 Horticulture in Parks and Gardens or Landscape Construction is an advantage.

-ACDC licence an advantage.

-Irrigation experience is highly regarded

A vehicle, iPhone & tools of the trade are supplied to successful candidates in the position of Leading Hand.

Uniform and PPE will be provided, however you will need to supply your own steel cap boots.

Positions available are full time hours and available in Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Remuneration negotiable based on level of qualifications, experience and responsibilities.
