Soap Solutions is a leading manufacturer and marketer of soap, liquid soaps, and related products. Based in Cromer on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, we produce a diverse range of high-quality products, including some raw materials sourced from our farm on the North Coast of NSW. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant / Cost Accountant to join our finance team. About the Role
As a Management Accountant, you will play a vital role in helping the business make informed financial decisions. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and providing financial insights to support strategic planning and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management and financial reports

Monitor and analyse costing data, budgets, and forecasts

Conduct variance analysis and identify trends

Develop and implement internal financial controls

Assist in strategic financial planning and business analysis

Collaborate with senior management and department heads on financial performance and budgeting

Ensure compliance with relevant financial legislation and reporting standards

Skills and Experience Required:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it) preferred

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis

Proficient in accounting software and Excel

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
