The Role:

Management Accountant (Full-time $90k - $110k)

Talisman Group have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Management Accountant to add to our already legendary Head Office team in Brisbane. We are looking for a focused, diligent individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of business principles and financial data.

Desired skills and experience:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Budgeting & Forecasting for Hospitality
• Cost Control and Management
• Financial Software & Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support:
• Taxation and Compliance in Hospitality
• Internal Controls & Audit in Hospitality
• Educational Background in Accounting or Hospitality
• Exceptional understanding and experience in Xero
• Experience with Revenue Management Systems

Responsible for:

• Accounts Payable
• Weekly Payroll
• Cost Control & Profitability Analysis
• Cash Flow Management
• Internal Controls & Compliance
• Financial Planning for Capital Expenditure
• Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization
• Management of Financial Systems & Reporting Tools
• Audit and Financial Integrity
• Financial Advice and Decision Support
• Debt Management & Financing
• Financial Training & Support
• Customer Profitability Analysis
