The role is responsible for the office experience for both visitors and employees as well as assisting our sales team in day-to-day administration. You will be the face of the company, meeting and greeting our external visitors, managing our meeting rooms, and ensuring the effective running of a clean and tidy office.
About the role:
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Reception Duties
- Basic office duties
Sales Administration
- Answering incoming calls and responding to email enquiries
- Data entry and reconciliation
- Providing technical product assistance to both retailers and end consumers
- Order processing
- General support to sales team
Experience
- Experience in a Customer Service/Admin role desired but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Adobe
General Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Team player
- First Aid certification desired but not essential
