About the Role

We are seeking an Architectural Documenter or Draftsperson to join our small office on a part time basis to suit balance work life by starting at 9.00 AM and finishing by 3.00 PM or as negotiated, The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess:

Good construction knowledge

Good AutoCAD skills

A team-focused mindset with the ability to meet deadlines accurately and professionally

Requirements

3–5 years post-graduate experience

Experience in residential and multi-unit residential projects preferred

Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality documentation

Position Details

Immediate start

12-month minimum contract with the potential for a full-time role

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable based on experience and expertise.
