Contribute to an award-winning practice in Melbourne's CBD across an exciting and diverse portfolio of high-profile projects in Sydney & Melbourne. They have a few sizeable projects in the 100% Design Development stage and need expertise to coordinate and produce construction documentation packages. The opportunity for a capable ArchiCAD Architect / Technician has arrived! Working on a 40-storey public building, the role will assist the Project Leaders, and need someone confident producing & issuing construction documentation in ArchiCAD. Bring your technical knowledge and 'know-how' to the group, along with an eye for detail. In return, work alongside experts on a large and complex project for your portfolio!

Key Responsibilities

Document for construction a large public building

Work under the Project Leaders, and have assistance from junior staff

Coordinate and produce documentation packages for structures, facades and interiors in ArchiCAD

Collaborate with the team and consultants on a large BIM model

Skills & Experience

Masters degree qualification in Architecture or Technician degree

Minimum 5 years post grad experience

Good understanding of BCA and relevant construction based Australian Standards and Building Codes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience coordinating with consultants and 3D model

Extensive proficiency in ArchiCAD software to prepare plans / documentation (min. 3 years)
