Design & Build Recruitment have partnered with a vibrant, up-and-coming architectural and engineering consultancy who provides a fully integrated architectural service from start to finish. They design and document anything from Retail, Leisure and Industrial projects
The position description:

• Conceptual design through the schematic design, design development, and construction documentation stages.
• Experience in managing, coordinating and motivating a design team.
• Clear communication skills, in order to effectively manage relationships and correspondence between clients and contractors.
• Self-motivation and excellent time-management skills.
• Experience with service and structural coordination.
• Experience with delivering construction services and dealing with on-site/construction related issues.

The successful candidate will have the following skills + experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Building Design or similar.
• 5+ years' experience with Architecture, Documentation or similar.
• Must have strong proficiency with Revit and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge with ResCode, Small Lot Housing Code (SLHC), Building Regulations, and the latest National Construction Code.
• Proactive, self-starter, who can work autonomously.
