An amazing opportunity has arisen in our collections department for a Collections Officer. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual keen to kick start their career in the finance industry.

This role is full-time, working out of our Springwood office. We offer free onsite parking, open office plan with barista style coffee, biscuits and fruit provided. We also boast a fantastic employee social club. No prior experience is required as the successful applicant will receive full, on-site training.

Daily tasks will include:

Inbound and outbound calls

Responding to incoming client emails

Analysing clients accounts

Generating and implementing payment agreements

Ensuring your portfolio of accounts are actioned each week

Following the direction of your team leader
