Our client is looking for a Collections Officer to join their fast-paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients to negotiate and arrange payments for outstanding debts
• Provide exceptional customer service handling queries
• Ensure accuracy in file notes and database updates
• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements

About you:

• Ideally Experience within a Call Centre
• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Eager to learn collections and legal processes
• You will be required to complete a Police check
