Swoosh Finance is expanding and we’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Financial Hardship Consultant or Junior Collections Officer to join our growing team.

The Junior Financial Hardship Consultant role involves managing a portfolio of clients experiencing financial hardship and guiding them through the debt resolution process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer continuous support and advice to clients throughout their debt resolution journey.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring regular weekly contact is made.
• Familiarity with collection guidelines (training will be provided).

The Junior Collections Officer role involves:

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Responding to incoming client emails
• Analysing clients accounts
• Generating and implementing payment agreements
• Ensuring your portfolio of accounts are actioned each week
• Following the direction of your team leader

Skills & Experience:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to thrive in a complex environment, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to achieve results, demonstrate focus on outcomes, and utilise well-developed negotiation skills.

This is a full-time position offering an award wage, along with an attractive uncapped commission structure that rewards consistent performance.
