The Office Manager at Pro Fab plays a pivotal role and is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the office by overseeing the administration, personnel, and resources required to support the daily functions of the business. This role includes managing office systems, resources, records, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards. The Office Manager works closely with senior management, professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure office operations align with the company’s goals.
This is a full-time position. Annual salary will be no less than $70,000 per annum.
The incumbent must have a AQF Bachelor’s degree or higher relevant to the position and at least two years working experience working in the field of records management for a major construction company or similar.
