Splash Before and After School Care is a not-for-profit community organisation based in Inner West Sydney, operating at Ashbury Public School. We are a before and after school care service, open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM for before care and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM for after care. We provide a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can learn through play. Our centre caters to a maximum of 160 children, offering a wide range of activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and social development.

We pride ourselves on being a close-knit and supportive team, working together to create a positive impact on the children and families in our care. With plentiful parking and strong support from assistant directors and a finance officer, you’ll have the resources and guidance needed to thrive in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting & Leading the Team – Be there for your educators, offering guidance and encouragement to help them do their best.

Helping Plan Activities – Work with the team to make sure our programs are fun, engaging, and based on what the kids enjoy.

Building Relationships – Get to know families, staff, and children to create a warm and welcoming community.

Keeping Things Running – Oversee the day-to-day operations and make sure everything stays organized and on track.

Growing & Learning Together – Support your team’s professional growth and keep learning yourself.
