We are looking for a motivated, organised, efficient, passionate and reliable team member with experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATION to work FULL TIME at our Malaga premises.

Qualifications & experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills in Reckon, Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Highly motivated, honest, hardworking, reliable with the ability to multitask and work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Experience essential.
• Driver's license 'C' class a necessity.
• Immediate start.
• Sports minded people should apply - soccer knowledge would be an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Providing end to end administrative and customer services
• Process quotes, sales orders and invoicing
• Data Entry
• Communicate with customers and suppliers in an efficient and personal manner
• Co-ordinate deliveries (local / overseas)
• Stock Control and Dispatch
• Marketing / Website coordinating and updates
• Retail sales
• Special events sales
