We seek a Business Development Manager to join a market leader in innovative building systems widely used across commercial construction projects. This role focuses on driving specifications through architects, builders, and engineers while managing projects end-to-end — from early design stages through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and drive the specification of a proven building system into commercial construction projects.

Build strong relationships with architects, engineers, builders, and key stakeholders.

Provide technical advice to ensure correct application and integration of the system.

Manage projects from initial engagement through to delivery and completion.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial construction sector.

Ideal Background:

Experience in walling systems, plasterboard, ceilings, cladding, façades, or similar building products.

Strong technical understanding of fire codes and fire compartmentalisation will be highly regarded.

Proven success in business development or specification sales within the building products industry.

Solid understanding of commercial construction processes and project stakeholders.

Confident communicator with strong project management and relationship-building skills.
