The role -

Take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, including managing general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Prepare accurate financial reports and statements that guide our business decisions.

Ensure financial transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements and manage other financial records.

Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.

Lead financial analysis helping us identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.

Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with project managers to ensure financial goals of each project are met

Collaborate with different team members to ensure smooth financial operations across all projects.
