Our office is located in Emu Plains (Western Sydney) and we have been well established in the area for a number of years. This is an extremely rewarding position in a family focused environment and would suit someone with prior experience in claims administration.

This position involves but is not limited to:

Oversee multiple claims, ensuring that customers are keept updated and informed

Work closely with customers in processing their claims

Managing expectations and providing consistent support throughout each claim

Answering client calls / booking appointments

Assisting senior brokers

Skills required for this position:

High level of skills in Microsoft Word & Excel and general computer skills

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Focus on customer service

Extremely well presented

Team focused

Ability to get along with people on all levels

Warm and friendly personality

Ability to stay calm under pressure
